Pilates for Neurological Conditions is a research-supported movement therapy addressing the motor and functional impairments associated with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke recovery, and age-related balance decline.
Clinical research demonstrates that Pilates-based movement can enhance gait, postural stability, core strength, coordination, and functional mobility, while supporting neuromuscular re-education and neuroplasticity through intentional, task-specific movement.
Sessions are guided by the seven foundational Pilates principles — concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, flow, and alignment — which promote mindful motor retraining, postural activation, and optimized movement efficiency.
At Triumph Pilates & Neuro Studio, all sessions are fully individualized based on diagnosis, symptoms, and functional capacity, delivering a safe, focused rehabilitation-based approach that enhances independence, decreases fall risk, and improves overall quality of life in a clinical yet supportive environment.
About Me
Anne Hibbetts

My journey to founding Triumph Pilates & Neuro Movement Studio is deeply personal. After witnessing my father’s struggle with Parkinson’s disease, I became acutely aware of the challenges faced by individuals with neuromuscular conditions—and the limited specialized care available to support them.
As a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and Level 2 Neuro Studio Practitioner, I specialize in working with clients living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and stroke.
Triumph Pilates & Neuro Movement Studio is more than a business—it’s a mission born to support and empower those facing physical challenges, helping them move with greater strength, confidence, and quality of life.
